READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY

We are in the park after hours with special permission. All requirements must be met for each ride to take place.

Each ride must have a leader, a sweep and a person with a current first aid certification. If any of these pieces are missing the ride will not commence. When signing up if you fit one of these designations please indicate it with your name:

- a leader would be: John Public – L

- a sweep would be: John Public – S

- a person with a current first aid qualification would be: John Public – F

- if you can fill both the sweep and first aid requirement: John Public – S, F

- if you can fill all three put them in there and we’ll work it out at the trailhead assuming we meet all three criteria: John Public – L, S, F

Without each of these requirements filled on each ride the ride will be cancelled.

If your status is Approved Overflow, you are approved to attend the ride. We added this category because there are always a handfull of last minute cancelations

RSVP will be required for each ride.  We are in the park with special permission and space is limited.  If you RSVP and for some reason cannot make the ride, please let us know as soon as possible so we can allow room for a replacement rider. If you need to cancel please email Eric
